News Report -- Sam Perry, first publicly identified by the Chicago Sun-Times as the "mystery man " for letting her cry on his shoulder to a weepy Oprah Winfrey Tuesday, will appear on the TV superstar's show Friday.
Co-worker Karen Wark says Sam Perry worked at the Silicon Valley for Obama office. Wark couldn't give other details about Perry or his trip to Chicago.
Perry didn't return an e-mail message from the Associated Press, and a Silicon
Valley-area telephone listing for Sam Perry was being changed Thursday.
